JAMMU & KASHMIR Fire engulfed in municipality building at shopian | KNO Published 386 weeks ago on October 29, 2018 By KashmirNewsObserver Shopian, October 29 (KNO) : A fire engulfed Town Hall, housed in Municipality Committee Building in Shopian district on Monday night sending a huge plume of smoke into the sky. Reports reaching KNO said at around 8pm smoke and flames were seen coming out of Municipality Committee Office Building. Soon police and fire service department personnel rushed to the spot and were on the job to douse the flames, the reports said.
